"I have to tell you how overwhelmingly happy I am with the program results on my energy level. Since being more careful not to miss the creams at the right time, I have perfect energy most days!! Over all the menopause symptoms are limited to hot flashes, some days/nights more than ever (I have not made a connection on cause/effect yet) however, my moods are more stable than they have been in years, and happy things are happening in my body in the intimacy department (which makes mood better in turn)
